We selected 80 bio-active compounds with previously known biological activities as the Authentic Library. We provide it to researchers for performing an efficient screening.

KNApSAcK This compound search system includes high-performance substructure search engine. This substructure search module was developped by Kenichi Tanaka graduate student of Compararative Genomics Research Laboratory, Graduate School of Information Science, Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST) (Dr. Shigehiko KANAYA)
